1. Order

Ordering Process:

    • Choose your desired product(s) and click "Add to Cart."

  2. Accessing Shopping Cart:

    • Navigate to the shopping cart, located in the right upper corner.

  3. Checkout:

    • Select "Proceed to Checkout."

  4. Form Completion:

    • Fill in the required form with your details.

  5. Optional Account Creation:

    • Optionally, you can create an account. This allows you to receive future updates and streamline your shopping experience.

**Email Notifications:**

Upon completing your order, expect to receive email confirmations for the order placement, shipping details, and invoices. We recommend checking your spam/junk folder as well, as automated emails may occasionally be filtered there. If you find our emails in the spam/junk folder, kindly mark them as "Not Spam" to ensure you receive all future communications.

2. Shipping

Shipping Information:

Inais.ro provides worldwide shipping. We partner with FedEx for international and local deliveries within Romania, ensuring your order is dispatched within 1-3 working days for Romania, and 7 working days worldwide from confirmation. For returns, we recommend using the same operators that handled the original shipment.

Important Notes:

  • For orders outside the EU, please be aware that the VAT is not included. Customs taxes will be applicable upon the package's arrival at the destination.

  • We want to highlight that any delays in parcel delivery are beyond our control. If you encounter issues with receiving your package, please reach out to FedEx directly.

  • During National Holidays, anticipate potential delays in package arrival.

Express Delivery:

Order Tracking:

  • Easily track your order using the AWB of the package on the provider's website. Stay informed about the status and location of your shipment throughout the delivery process. 

  • Upon dispatching your package, an automatic email containing comprehensive shipping details will be sent to the provided email address. This notification ensures you have all the necessary information to track and monitor your order during its journey to you. If you have any further inquiries or require assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team. To ensure you receive all relevant communications, we kindly ask you to check your spam/junk folder as well. Occasionally, automated emails may be filtered into these folders. If you find our emails there, please mark them as "Not Spam" to ensure future messages reach your primary inbox. Thank you for your cooperation.

3. Payment
  • How can I pay? 

For your convenience, we accept 2 payment methods for orders placed on www.inais.ro: online payment (credit/debit card or PayPal) and cash on delivery..

 

Please note that we accept cash on delivery only for domestic shipping (Romania). 

4. Returns

We gladly accept returns within 10 working days of receipt. To initiate a return, customers must inform S.C. INAIS CREATIVE STUDIO S.R.L. by submitting a return request via email to office@inais.ro.

The product to be returned should be shipped back to S.C. INAIS CREATIVE STUDIO S.R.L. at Sos.

Iancului nr.  46, 021726, Bucharest, Romania. Return shipping costs are not covered by S.C. INAIS CREATIVE STUDIO S.R.L. and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will not be accepted if wear marks are detected, indicating more than a simple try-on. We accept returns only for undamaged products, exactly as they were sent, with all original labels and accessories included in the parcel.

In the case of multiple products ordered and a desire to return all of them, shipping to S.C. INAIS CREATIVE STUDIO S.R.L. must be consolidated in a single parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from the same order.

The reimbursement will be made into a bank account specified by the customer, in the return request. 

Upon meeting all conditions for return, receipt, and inspection of the product/s by S.C. INAIS CREATIVE STUDIO S.R.L., reimbursement will be processed within a maximum of 15 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse product/s for return if all the specified conditions are not met.

For size exchanges, customers can notify us via email with all the necessary details. We will contact you promptly to confirm the availability of the desired size within our stock limits.

5. PIC BADGES - What do they mean?

1. **COMING SOON**

 - This product is currently unavailable for purchase. Once the badge is removed, indicating it's in stock, you can proceed with your purchase.

2. **SOLD OUT**
   - This product is currently out of stock and is no longer available for purchase. However, if you wish for this product to be restocked, please inform us via email or click on the button "Back To Stock Request". 

3. **REVERSIBLE**
   - This product can be worn on both sides, as shown in the product pictures.

4. **SPECIAL OFFER / -30%**
   - This product is currently on sale.

5. **NEW**
   - This product is part of our latest collection.

6. **LAST PRICE**
   - The current price for this item is the lowest possible, with all available discounts applied.

7. **LAST PIECE**
   - This is the final product available in this specific size.
